 ead all terms and conditions listed below.   Designated Pic
 k up dates and times are as follows:  Monday\, June 3rd 11:0
 0am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm  Tuesday\, June 4th 11:00am-1:0
 0pm and 4:00pm-6:00pm  Note: Any items not picked up during
  the designated times will be considered forfeited and will 
 be donated or disposed of at the discretion of the Auctionee
 r.    Terms:   15% Buyer’s Premium applies. State & Lo
 cal sales tax applies (if you have a tax-exempt number\, plea
 se let the auction firm know prior to bidding).  Every item
  in each lot must be removed or your card will be charged a 
 clean-out fee. Any items left after the designated pickup da
 te will be forfeited. No shipping\, PICKUP ONLY.  Registrati
 on/Payment: To register for the auction a valid credit card 
 (Visa\, Mastercard or Discover) is required to confirm your i
 dentity. Confirmation that you have at least $100 will be re
 quired. Registration is FREE. The card will only be charged 
 if you are the winning bidder on any item(s).  All transact
 ions will be charged immediately following the auction using
  the credit card on file\, given at the time of registration.
  There will be a $25 charge on ALL DECLINED CREDIT CARDS.  
 Pickup: The auction company is not responsible for lifting\, 
 loading\, or packing your items.  Please make sure you bring
  enough help and or supplies to assist in the packing/loadin
 g of your items. Any items not picked up after the designate
 d pickup day will be considered abandoned and all rights wil
 l be forfeited. Please be aware of the scheduled pickup date
  and time.  Staggered End Time: Lots will close on a stagge
 red basis every minute which will require a staggered end ti
 me for this to occur.  Soft Close: Lots may remain open for
  bidding if bids are placed within the last 3 minutes before
  that lot closes. This allows everyone a fair chance to bid.
  Lots will close once competitive bidding has ended. This ma
 y also cause lots to close at the same time.  Conditions: A
 ll information contained herein is deemed to be from reliabl
 e sources. However\, neither the Auctioneer nor the Seller gu
 arantees this information to be correct. We reserve the righ
 t to add or delete items at any time. Please inspect the pro
 perty and bid accordingly. By bidding\, you\, the Bidder/Buyer
 \, certify that you have either closely examined the item(s)\,
  have chosen not to examine the item(s)\, or have hired an in
 dependent agent to examine the item(s) for you. The Auctione
 er represents the Seller in this transaction. All announceme
 nts made online or via any communication medium shall take p
 recedence over all other information. No sale shall be  Inv
 alidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the
  lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in the 
 listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the 
 Auctioneer in respect of any such fault or errors. This list
 ing has been prepared only as a guide based on information f
 rom sources believed to be reliable\, but the accuracy thereo
 f cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneer. Bidde
 r acknowledges that it is their responsibility to inspect al
 l items and make his/her own inquiries. There are no guarant
 ees or warranties\, expressed or implied\, statutory\, or other
 wise of any nature whatsoever by the Auction Firm. The bidde
 r agrees that everything is sold “AS IS\, WHERE IS” and t
 hat they may not return any item purchased. The property bei
 ng sold may be either new or used. We make no representation
  or warranty for any of the lots which are the subject of th
 e auction. This listing with pictures and descriptions is on
 ly a guide\, therefore\, please inspect the item(s) prior to b
 idding. All sales are FINAL. We reserve the right to put a h
 old on your account for an amount up to the amount of your b
 id prior to the end of the auction. Bidders who bid understa
 nd and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an i
 tem as well as if they examined it in person. It is the bidd
 er's responsibility to determine condition\, age\, value\, or a
 ny other determinative factor. The auction company shall end
 eavor to describe in detail each item and any pertinent info
 rmation about it\, however\, we will not be responsible for an
 y error or omissions in the description of the merchandise u
 nless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of 
 the item itself. The auction company reserves the right to r
 efuse service to any person. McLean Auction & Realty does no
 t preclude the right of any employee\, subcontractor\, or shar
