AUCTION Four Structures Deconstruction of Property for the City of Mount Holly   Lot #1  Structure is located at 147 E. Catawba Avenue, Mount Holly   Lot #2  Structure is located at 143 E. Catawba Avenue, Mount Holly   Lot #3  Structure is located at 143 D E. Catawba Avenue, Mount Holly   Lot #4  Structure is located at 131 E. Catawba Avenue, Mount Holly   Each unit must be removed/deconstructed from property!   Bidding will start to close on April 11th at 2:00pm. This will be a soft close; meaning the first property will begin to close at 2:00pm, second property at 2:15pm, third property at 2:30pm and fourth property at 2:45pm. Online bidding is set up so that if anyone places a bid within the last 3 minutes of the “end time” it will restart the clock for an additional 3 minutes to allow any other bidders a last chance to bid. This may cause the ending times to overlap should there be several bids come in within the last few minutes. Once the final bids are received for all structures they will be submitted to the City of Mount Holly for approval. Once approved, the auctioneer will contact the winning bidder. All structures will be sold/transferred with a BILL OF SALE. It is the responsibility of all bidders to thoroughly read all terms and conditions before bidding. Structures will be open for previewing/inspection on April 3rd from 12:00pm-2:00pm or by contacting the auctioneer.   Terms: This is a cash only sale. A $5,000 refundable deposit is due immediately after confirmation of final bid. Deposit will be returned to Buyer once the structure, as well as all debris have been removed from the property.  Structures will be transferred by Bill of Sale. Should the buyer fail to remove structure or debris or fail to follow through with purchase the $5,000 deposit will NOT be refunded.  Structure is being sold in as-is condition and is not contingent upon condition of property, inspection, etc. Buyer is responsible for removing structure from property and will have 90 days from purchase date to do so. Buyer will not be responsible for grading or re-seeding of property, only removal of debris attached to each structure. Buyer must obtain (prior to removal of structure) a certification of insurance in the amount of $1 million dollars, which shall include both general and public liability. Prior to removal, no work will commence until proof of insurance has been received and acknowledged by the City of Mount Holly. Structure is being sold with owner confirmation. Once confirmation has been received, FULL payment must be made within 24 hours by cash, personal check or certified funds. No credit card payments accepted.
