Online bidding is set up so that if anyone places a bid within the last 3 minutes of the “end time” it will restart the clock for an additional 3 minutes to allow any other bidders a last chance to bid. This may cause the ending times to overlap should there be several bids come in within the last few minutes. Once the final bids are received for all structures they will be submitted to the City of Mount Holly for approval. Once approved, the auctioneer will contact the winning bidder. All structures will be sold/transferred with a BILL OF SALE. It is the responsibility of all bidders to thoroughly read all terms and conditions before bidding.
